DriveSpace Is Not Supported with FAT32 Drives (150579)

When you try to compress a drive with DriveSpace or DriveSpace 3, you may
receive the following error message:
Drive C cannot be compressed because it is a FAT32 drive.
ID Number: DRVSPACE738
Also, when you view Drivespace 3 Properties the size of a hard disk is
listed as 2 gigabytes (GB) when the drive is larger than 2 GB. This
may happen on FAT32 drives.
CAUSE
DriveSpace was designed to work with the FAT12 and FAT16 file systems
and cannot be used with drives using the FAT32 file system.
STATUS
This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a
future release.
