Microsoft distributes a Music Sampler compact disc through OEMs (original equipment manufacturers or directly to customers. If the Music Sampler was provided by an OEM, then you should contact the OEM (hardware manufacturer) for support issues.

Dear CD Extra Fan:

Enclosed please find a copy of the Microsoft Music Sampler for Windows 95* An Enhanced CD. This disc is a CD Extra enhanced CD allowing you to play it in any audio CD player or in your personal computer running Windows 95. Similar to any standard audio CD, when you play the disc in your CD player, you will hear great music from nine artists. Pop the disc in the CD Extra compatible* CD-ROM drive of your PC and it becomes a multimedia experience. Music videos, interviews, Internet access, never-before-seen photos, background/historic information, interactive games, liner notes and a back catalog of music products from each artist, are just a few of the multimedia options that become available to you. The Music Sampler is designed to be interactive so be sure to navigate and explore each title thoroughly. You may discover new things each time you experience the disc.

Be sure to check out various web sites that you can access via the Music Sampler. If you don't already have it installed, the Microsoft Internet Explorer is available to you via this disc - free of charge! Simply click on the icon labeled "The Net" on the front splash screen of the Music Sampler and follow the instructions to download the Internet Explorer.
