TMGR: No Message When You Paste One OLE Object Over Another (150013)

SYMPTOMS

If you paste an OLE object into a field where an OLE object already exists, Microsoft Team Manager does not warn you that the information will be replaced.

MORE INFORMATION

When you insert an OLE object into a field that already contains an OLE object, you receive the following message:

You can have only one object per field. Are you sure you want to replace the current object?

However if you paste the object into the field, the original contents are replaced without a warning.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
