TMGR: Manually Entered Baselines Don't Show in People Grouping (149884)

If a task's baseline field information is manually entered, and then the
view is Grouped By People, no baseline information is displayed.
CAUSE
There are two sets of baseline fields, one set for the tasks and another
set for the people assigned to the tasks. The data for either type of
baseline field can be manually entered, independent of the other. If data
in manually entered only on the task level, then when the view is Grouped
By People, no baseline information is displayed. The opposite is also true.
If baseline information is entered for only the people on the task
assignment level, no baseline information is displayed for the tasks.
To ensure that the baseline information is recorded for the tasks and the
people assigned, use the Set Baseline command on the Tools menu.
