When you run the ISO TP4 protocol (Isotp.sys, available from the Windows NT
Driver Library), you receive the following error message when the computer
is physically disconnected from the network:
STOP: 0x0000000A (00000595 00000002 00000000 8010da41)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
After restarting the computer, you may also receive the following error
message:
STOP: 0x0000001E
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the hotfix mentioned below.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51.
A supported fix is now available, but has not been fully regression tested
and should be applied only to systems experiencing this specific problem.
Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, Microsoft
recommends that you wait for the next service pack that contains this fix.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 4.0.
This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 U.S.
