TMGR: Cannot Drag and Drop MS Access Fields to Team Manager (149505)

Nothing happens when you drag information from a Microsoft Access database
that contains task information to a Team Manager plan.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when you do the following: - In Microsoft Access, you click Datasheet on the View menu.
-and-
- You select task data.
-and-
- You switch to Task List view in Team Manager.
-and-
- You drag the data from Microsoft Access to the Team Manager window.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, select the data in Microsoft Access, click
Copy on the Edit menu, switch to Team Manager, position the insertion point
where you want to paste the data, and click Paste on the Edit menu.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the
beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post
new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
MORE INFORMATION
You can successfully drag data from Microsoft Access to other Microsoft
products, such as Word 7.0 and Microsoft Project 4.1, because these
products request that information be copied from Microsoft Access. Team
Manager requests that the information be moved from Microsoft Access, and
nothing happens.
