TMGR: Only Visible Columns Appear in Print Preview and Print (149504)

SYMPTOMS

When you view a Team Manager file that contains columns that are not visible in any of the following views

   Date Graph
   Workload Graph
   Work Tracking
   Cost Tracking
   Baseline Graph

and then click Print Preview on the File menu, only columns that are visible appear. In addition, only columns that are visible in these views are printed.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs when you do the following:

In any view listed in this article, you hide a column from view by using the horizontal scroll bar to scroll right or left. -and-
On the File menu, you click Print Preview or Print.

RESOLUTION

You can print and see all columns in Print Preview, even if the columns do not appear on the screen, by enabling the All Columns option. To do this, click Page Setup on the File menu, click the Graph tab, click to select All Columns, and then click OK.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
