TMGR: Printing Calendar View Incorrect When 2 Months Selected (147398)

Print Preview incorrectly displays one calendar month on the left half of
the page, even when you select the "Two months per page" option.
CAUSE
If the tasks for a Team Plan begin and end in the same month, Team Manager
generates the one month of the calendar that the tasks fall into and does
not print an additional, empty month.
