Last Action for Meeting Request Overides Previous Action (146488)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Schedule+ for Windows 7.0
This article was previously published under Q146488 SYMPTOMS
The original instance of a rescheduled appointment will appear unavailable
in a schedule.
CAUSE
The above occurs when a user has clears the check box for the Work
Primarily from a Local File (on the Synchronize tab under Options on the
Tools menu) after his or her delegate tentatively accepts the original of a
rescheduled appointment, and the user has previously Accepted the
rescheduled appointment. The delegate's Tentative appointment overrides the
rescheduled appointment in the user's schedule and appears as an outdated
appointment.
MORE INFORMATION
Have either the user or his or her delegate re-book the request for the
rescheduled meeting request. Once the new set version is on the schedule,
either user can update the appointment.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Schedule+ version
