PRJ4: Hidden Rolled Up Task Bars Are Printed on Summary Task (145615)

Tasks that are rolled up to a summary task but marked to hide their task
bar(s) are still printed and displayed in Print Preview. These hidden task
bars are not displayed on the screen.
RESOLUTION
To prevent hidden, rolled up task bars from printing on a summary task, do
the following:
- Select the task with a hidden task bar and click Task
Information on the Insert menu.
- Click to clear the Rollup Gantt Bar To Summary check box, and
then click OK.
When you print or print preview the summary task, the task will no longer
be displayed incorrectly. When you choose to display the task, reselect the
Rollup Gantt Bar To Summary check box.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Project listed above.
