PUB: Selection Changes When Format Painting Multiple Tables (142739)

If you use the Format Painter tool to pick up the formatting of one table,
and you then select two or more other tables, and you apply that formatting
simultaneously, you may notice the following effects:
- While applying the table formatting, the Table button appears to
be pressed repeatedly.
- After the format painting is complete, only one table is selected.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at
the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Publisher
98.
