WinNT 3.51 SP2 w/ UK Keyboard Gives Wrong Accented Characters (142708)

If you change your Windows NT version 3.51 keyboard layout to United
Kingdom, when the Caps Lock key is on and you type a "Right-ALT + Vowel"
keyboard combination, you get an upper case accented vowel. However, after
you install Service Pack 2, you get an lower case accented vowel.
RESOLUTION
This problem has been corrected in the latest Service Pack for Windows NT
version 3.51.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51.
This problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack.
