PUB: Publisher Requires Intel Processor under Windows NT 3.51 (142441)

If you try to install Publisher on a computer running Windows NT that is
running on a non-Intel (i386) microprocessor, you will receive the
following error message:
Setup initialization error: This setup is not intended for your
version of Windows.
CAUSE
Publisher for Windows 95, version 3.0, can only be installed and run on a
computer that has an Intel 80386 or higher (or compatible) microprocessor.
Publisher for Windows 95 is designed to run only on Intel i386 processors
and higher. Windows NT is designed for the Alpha, MIPS, PowerPC and Intel
microprocessors. Windows NT emulates the 16 bit Windows environment by
emulating an Intel 286 processor. Programs designed for this environment
can run under Windows NT on any platform. Publisher for Windows 95 is a 32
bit program and as such it cannot be run under the i286 emulator.
