SUMMARY

After you display a specific help topic in the Answer Wizard, you cannot return to the list of suggested topics. That is, once a list of topics has been displayed, if you click one of the topics, you cannot return directly to the displayed list of topics.

NOTE: The Office 97 programs include the Office Assistant instead of the Answer Wizard. The Office Assistant has this same limitation.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior is by design of the Windows 95 help engine. In order to optimize performance (and due to the amount of memory Answer Wizard uses to perform the query and to load the help topics), the list is removed when a topic is chosen. To perform another query, restart the Answer Wizard, or use the Office Assistant to search for another topic.
