SUMMARY

In Microsoft Works version 4.0, 4.0a, 4.5, and 4.5a, the Print button on the toolbar normally prints only one copy of the currently open document. This is true even if you have used the Print command on the File menu to specify more than one copy in an earlier print job. However, envelope and label documents will print the number of copies entered in the Print dialog box when you print from the toolbar button.

MORE INFORMATION

For envelope and label documents, Works uses the number of copies entered in the Print dialog box as long as you are working in the current document.

NOTE: If you use the toolbar button to print one copy of a document that is not an envelope or label and then return to the Print dialog box, you will see that the specified number of copies is retained.
