The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Publisher for Windows 3.0
This article was previously published under Q137467 SYMPTOMS
If you use the page control buttons to try to move past the last page of
your Publication, you will receive the following message:
Do you want to insert a new page?
You are on the last page of your publication. To insert a new
page, click OK. To exit this dialog box without inserting a page,
click Cancel.
If you click OK, you may immediately get another message similar to:
Automatically insert pages?
This publication layout prints pages in groups of 4. Do you want
to insert 4 page(s) to this 8-page publication? This will
simplify printing. For information on printing booklets, press
F1 now.
This will happen if your publication uses either the booklet or the
greeting card format. These messages may seem to contradict each other.
CAUSE
You always get the first message when you navigate past the end of your
publication. You always get the second message when you try to add a page
to the end of a publication that must have multiples of four pages. In this
special case, you get both messages.
