Works 95 Error: Last Row of Labels Extends into Unprintable Area (136702)

SUMMARY

If you choose a label style that extends into the unprintable region of the page for the printer you are using, you may receive the following warning message:
The last row of labels extends into the unprintable area of the page. Do you want to print the row on the next page?

Click Yes to move the row to the top of the next page. Click No to print the row on this page, although some text may not print.
You will receive this warning even if you are not printing a full page of labels.

If you click Yes, the bottom row of labels will be skipped but you will not lose any data. If you click No, Works prints the bottom row of labels, even though some text may be cut off by your printer's unprintable region.

You can modify your Registry settings to disable this message and automatically move the last row of labels to the next page, or to automatically print the bottom row although text may be cut off. To do this, use the following steps:

  1. In Windows 95, on the Start menu, click Run.
  2. Type Regedit and click OK.
  3. On the Registry menu, click Export Registry\ File.
  4. Enter a file name and on the Save In list click the location where you want a backup copy of the Registry, and then click Save.
  5. Open
    My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Works\4.0\Word Processor
    					
  6. Double-click the PrintLastLabelRow value name.
  7. If you want to disable the error message and always move the last row of labels to the next page, change the Data value from 0 to 1. If you want to disable the error message and always print the last row of labels, even if it lies in your printer's unprintable region, change the Data value from 0 to 2.
