SYMPTOMS

When you try to print a photo image from Microsoft Publisher to a Hewlett- Packard DeskJet 550C printer, the image may not print.

RESOLUTION

Run the Registry Editor (RegEdit.exe) and find the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Publisher\Printing

Change the Value for BandInMemory from 0 to 1

After you make this change, save and then close the Registry Editor, and then restart Microsoft Publisher.

You may want to contact Hewlett-Packard to inquire about an updated printer driver that resolves this problem.
