If you set the indent of a paragraph and then place an absolute positioned object (APO) in the indent area (between margin and indent values), the paragraph still wraps around the object even though the APO does not contact the actual text.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the left margin of the wrapping text actually starts from the right edge of the APO, rather than the left margin of the document.

Instead of using a left indent, change the left margin of the page. The APO can be placed outside the margins of the page.
For example, if you originally had a left margin of 1.25", and you set the left indent of the paragraph at 3", change the left margin to be 4.25", and set your left indent at 0". Your text should appear in the same place.
