To clear the User Name logon box so that it is blank each time you start Windows 95, use the Tweak UI tool that is a component of the PowerToys utilities:

Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Tweak UI.
On the Paranoia tab, click to select the Clear Last User At Logon check box.
