SUMMARY

In Microsoft Project, the total number of fields that you can have in the Customize Workgroup dialog box is 69. When you add a field in this dialog box so that there are a total of 69 fields in the dialog box, the Add button becomes unavailable.

You can use the Customize Workgroup dialog box to add or delete the fields that appear in a workgroup message. You can create custom fields, and change the order of the fields in this dialog box. By default, the following fields appear in the Custom Workgroup dialog box:

   Task Name
   Work
   Start
   Finish
   Completed and Remaining work
   Comments
