NETSTAT.EXE Does Not Show TCP Listen Sockets (134404)

The NETSTAT -A command does not display state information for TCP sockets
in the listening state. Only sockets in the established state and the time
wait state are shown. UDP sockets are displayed in the listening state.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT
versions 3.5 and 3.51. We are researching this problem and will post new
information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT
version 4.0. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Windows NT
4.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the service pack, query
on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
