When you open an Apple menu submenu while a video is playing on a Macintosh
the computer stops responding (hangs) and needs to be restarted.
RESOLUTION
Wait for videos to stop playing before accessing Apple menu items.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Encarta 1995 for the
Macintosh. We are researching this problem and will post new information
