Century Information Lost with m/d/yy Date Format (131519)

SYMPTOMS

When you create an appointment and the date format is set to m/d/yy, Schedule+ only recognizes the last two digits of the year. For example, 1902 is changed to 2002, and 2999 is changed to 1999.

CAUSE

This is by product design.

RESOLUTION

Set the date format to display the century (such as m/d/yyyy).

In Windows 95

  1. In Control Panel, double-click the Regional Settings icon.
  2. Click Date.
  3. In the Short Date Style box, type m/d/yyyy.

In Windows NT

  1. In Control Panel, double-click the International icon.
  2. In the Date Format box, choose the Change button.
  3. Check the Century (1990 Vs. 90) box.
