Recurring Appointment Dialog Box: ALT+Y Doesn't Work (131492)

When you create a recurring appointment, the ALT+Y (Weekly/Every n Weeks)
hot key on the When tab of the Appointment Series dialog box is not
functional.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Schedule+ version
7.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
