User Environment Variables Set Before Default Home Directory (130979)

If you do not have a home directory defined for your account in User
Manager for Domains and you log on, Windows NT incorrectly sets your user
environment variables before the default home directory environment
variable is set.
However, if you have a home directory defined in User Manager for Domains
and you log on, Windows NT correctly sets your home directory environment
variable before your user environment variables.
RESOLUTION
To correct this problem, install the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows
NT version 3.51.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51.
This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows
NT version 3.51. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on
