ErrMsg Opening Works for Windows 3.0 Templates in Works 2.0 (130575)

In Works for Windows 2.0x, you receive an error message when you try to
open Works 3.0x templates saved as Works 2.0x documents. For example, the
following error message may be displayed:
"Microsoft Works: Display Error
Not enough memory: colors and patterns may be incorrect."
Works 2.0x opens the document, but some formatting, such as Thick Line
Borders, is lost. Other formatting common to both versions, such as most
numeric formatting, is retained.
CAUSE
The templates might contain formulas, borders, or patterns that are not
available in Works 2.0x.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Works for Windows version
2.0x. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in
