Trap D with SOCKDRV.OS2 (123108)

LAN Manager servers running any version up to and including 2.2c may
experience a Trap D error with the SOCKDRV.OS2 driver, which is as follows:

Trap D errors occur when a socket driver tries to access the ES segment
using offset, which is far beyond the ESLIM.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft LAN Manager
version 2.2c. A fix to this problem is in development, but has not been
regression-tested and may be destabilizing in production environments.
Microsoft does not recommend implementing this fix at this time. Contact
Microsoft Product Support Services for more information on the availability
of this fix.
