You find many occurrences of the following error in your system log:
EVENT ID 2000

The server's call to a system service failed unexpectedly.

c00000008 define STATUS_INVALID_HANDLE ((NTSTATUS)0xC0000008L)

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT Workstation and Windows NT Server version 3.5. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT version 3.5.
