AT&T Star Sentry System Manager does not query MIB table data correctly
and requires Patch 03.60.10 to work with the Windows NT SNMP service. To

Star Sentry System Manager is SNMP manager-based on NetLabs Dimons
Manager.
The problem occurs when you do a GET or GETNEXT to a MIB entry that
returns a table. The Windows NT SNMP service goes into a loop and
continually return the first entry in the table. Using patch 03.60.10 on
the SNMP manager corrects this problem.
