PC DirSync: Template Information Sent with TEMPLATE=NO (118298)

For versions 3.0 and 3.2 of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks, the directory
synchronization (Dir-Sync) server will send template information to a
Microsoft Mail for AppleTalk Networks server, even though the Dir-Sync
import request message contains TEMPLATE=NO.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 3.0 and 3.2 of
Microsoft Mail for PC Networks. This problem was corrected in Connection
Name Utility (CNU) version 3.4.

On the www.microsoft.com home page, click the Support icon.
Click Knowledge Base, and select the product.
Enter kbfile CNUUPD.HQX, and click GO!
Open the article, and click the button to download the file. - Internet (anonymous FTP)
ftp ftp.microsoft.com
Change to the Softlib/Mslfiles folder.
Get CNUUPD.HQX - The Microsoft Network
On the Edit menu, click Go To, and then click Other Location.
Type mssupport.
Double-click the MS Software Library icon.
Find the appropriate product area.
Locate and Download CNUUPD.HQX.
