The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft LAN Manager 2.2a
- Microsoft LAN Manager 2.2b
This article was previously published under Q117494 SUMMARY
IBM OS/2 2.0 or 2.1 workstations with Microsoft LAN Manager 2.2a or 2.2b
client software installed can connect to Windows for Workgroups, Windows
NT, LAN Manager server, and Windows NT Advanced Server and can access
resources such as disks, printers, devices and so on. However, while a
typical workgroup can share resources in either direction, peer workstation
support is not available on an IBM OS/2 worksation: resources that reside
on it cannot be shared with other workstations.
