The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Works 3.0
- Microsoft Works 3.x
This article was previously published under Q113404 SYMPTOMS
When you are using version 3.1, 4.0, 5.0, or 6.x of the Hewlett-Packard
(HP) DeskJet printer driver, envelopes created in Works 3.0x may print in
the wrong orientation to the DeskJet 520, DeskJet 540 and the DeskJet 560c
printers.
NOTE: To determine the version of your printer driver, you can look at the disks that came with your printer. The disk label should be similar to the following:
HP DeskJet 500 Series Version 4.0 Printer Driver for Windows 3.1.
With driver versions 4.0 and 5.0, you can also find the version by
selecting the control menu (the dash in the upper-left corner) in the
Printer Setup dialog box for your DeskJet, and then selecting About.

To resolve this issue, add the following section to the MSWORKS3.INI
