Share Not Recreated if SYSTEM Cannot Access Share (107252)

If you share a directory on an NTFS partition and only give full
access to yourself (or another user account), but not to SYSTEM (the
operating system itself), the share is not recreated the next time you
start Windows NT.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows
NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the
latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server
version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on
