This article was previously published under Q107224 SUMMARY
You can add commands to the shortcut menus (which you open in Word for
Windows by clicking the right mouse button) using the Customize command on
the Tools menu. This article lists the shortcut menus and provides an
example to show you how to add the Full Screen View command to the Text
shortcut menu.
Shortcut menus are context-sensitive, which means that Word determines
which menu to display based on the text or item you point to. For example,
the Text shortcut menu appears when you click-right on text in your
document, whereas the Table Cells shortcut menu appears when you click-
right in a table cell.
