PC OS2: F1 Does Not Display Help When Menu Name Is Selected (103463)

If you select a Mail menu name and press F1, the insertion point changes to
an hourglass and the words "Starting Help" are displayed in the status bar;
however, Mail does not display the chosen Help topic.
RESOLUTION
If Help is running when you select a menu name and you press F1, Mail
displays the Help topic for the menu.
To display the Help topic for a menu- From the Help menu, choose Contents.
- On the Contents screen, choose Mail's Menu Commands.
- On the menu bar graphic in the Menu Commands Help topic, select the menu
name for which you want Help.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 3.0, 3.0b, and 3.2
of Microsoft Mail for PC Networks, OS/2 workstation. We are researching
this problem and will post new information here in the Knowledge Base as it
becomes available.
