This is a updated zoom alias for 220, it's a little bit simpler.
Goto Raw Key Bindings
 -Pick a key
   setdesiredfov 20 | onrelease setdesiredfov 90
 (set values to fit your needs)
The secondary fire doesnt seem to work still when zooming, if anyone knows how to fix it please contact me at  frazier_j@hotmail.com
