	The Internet Shämbler is a custom copy of Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 for Win95/NT only, (40-bit encryption), with the Authenticode update applied.  It also has a custom Shämbler from my main graphic where the "throbber" goes. The artwork was provided by Walter "|2|" Costinak of www.2design.org. It has Quicklinks to the most relevant Quake pages like Blue's News, Redwood's, Planet Quake, etc. I included some favorites to Quake pages which I enjoy and that get updated regularly.
	If you'd like your page added to the pre-installed favorites on the next rev., just e-mail me . I'll check out your page and if it stays maintained, I'll add you. The favorites may not stay all that current what with "the big guys" (i.e. PlanetQuake, Stomped) sucking in the smaller sites.

	It is a 7+mb self-extracting .exe file so plan for the download time. It is available at ftp.cdrom.com.
	It only contains the IE3.02 browser for Win95/NT. Win3.11/Mac is dead. I put in the Active Movie and HTML Layout Controls because these are some of the things that make IE the superior browser that it is.  I added Q-Plug this time bescause everyone seems to have Q-Plug tags in their pages now.  It was only an additional 109k. I left out Mail and News, Netmeeting, Comic Chat and everything else. Otherwise it would have been over 10mb. If you want these applications or additional ActiveX controls, go to http://microsoft.com/ie/ and get the IE add-ins for your particular operating system. If I get enough feedback requesting additional features, I'll make a Minimal and Complete package. 

	If you already have IE 3.01 installed, it will install around what you already have and keep your Favorites, Mail and News, ActiveX controls, and any other Microsoft stuff. It will overwrite any Favorites of the same name, though. Just save it to whatever directory you want and double-click it to install.

If you're running Netscape, by all means, upgrade to the Shämbler! I don't know what you may face when installing it along side Netscape, though, other than that it will import your bookmarks to favorites. It will leave your bookmarks in Netscape intact.
