Description             : The name says it all.  When run in the rocketland
                          mod, everyone has the quad all the time.  Sick!
                          The lower spawn room is interesting, with an
                          airshaft to the arena.  A floor switch changes
                          your arena entry from bottom to top.  Play testing
                          revealed that putting all the spawns in the lower
                          area leads to noone making it to the arena!
