Description : The Insurrection Part I : The Overlord's Legacy The Province had never known such a period of rest. A peace never before seen and one that rested solely on the shoulders of the Archmage. His quiet but firm leadership had seen to it that no race of the province should rise against any other. But as with all things forged by order, there is an underlying chaos in wait. The Archmage had overseen the running of the province for fifty-four years and what he had acheived pleased him immensely. Law, Order, Respect. And Enemies - the Ogre races he had ousted from his land in a bid for Provincial law all those years ago. A force the Archmage had long forgotten about. Until the day they breached the Provincial Gate and began what was to be known simply as The Insurrection. The battle raged for just one day and one night, and when it was finished bonfires were lit and the slaughtered people of the Province burned. The Archmage was belittled and murdered as the Ogre races saw fit and they came together as one mighty power as once they had been. To them, the Archmage was no saint, no leader, no hero. Quake v1.06 Known Bugs : Quake reports an incorrect amount of monsters at the end of the level I have no idea why this should be. * Legal Stuff * You may distribute this level and include it in any compilation etc., as long as you include my text file and give me credit.
