10/15/97 ================================================================ Title : Elsinore File name : Elsinore.zip All Related Files : Elsinore.zip contains and should always contain: -elsinore.bsp -elsinore.txt Author : Roger Staines Email Address : eas@interlog.com Description : Elsinore Castle is the setting of Shakespeare’s Hamlet. I'm not fond of Quake stories however for those who are, the story goes something like this: You arrive back at Elsinore Castle, your home, to find out that your sleazy uncle (Claudius) has bumped off your father, (who was the king of Denmark) Stolen the throne and named himself king, (hey, don't you think you should've been next in line?) The sleaze bag then married your widowed mother and made her queen again. Your beloved Ophilia has gone completely loopy and Polonius is an absolute dickhead so if you see him somewhere in the castle kill him twice. Needless to say you (Hamlet) are just a bit pissed! In order to maintain strict historical accuracy I have made sure there is plenty of heavy weaponry and ammunition spread around the castle. Just the way I'm sure William had originally planed it. "To kill or not to kill, there is no question." ================================================================ * Play Information Single Player : Yip Cooperative : Nope Deathmatch : Nope Difficulty Settings : Nope (there is only one way to play it, skill sets were not necessary) New Sounds : Nope New Graphics : Thanks to Sonya Roberts for artworks.wad and to Sonya Roberts and Brian "R.B.W."
