Description             : Corrected a respawn point in TWCTF9 and
                          many messages in the Allstart start map

* How To Use *

#1
Put "TWCTF9_FIX.ENT", "ALLSTART_FIX.ENT" and "CTF_FIX.BAT" in your CTF
map folder.

Start "CTF_FIX.BAT" to fix the maps.
Hint: Make sure QBSP is in your path or in the same directory.

* Other Info *

TWCTF9:
The origin of a "info_player_team1" entity has a double-minus on the
second coordinate.

ALLSTART:
The episode messages from regular Quake were not copied 100% and
the "not in deathmatch" spawnflags were not removed.
Many angles of the new messages for the AllStar episodes were facing
the wrong way (180 degrees wrong)
