================================================================ TROUBLE DOWN T'PIT v1.0 ================================================================ Filename : coopmine.bsp Author : Tom Cleghorn aka Murgatroyd Email Address : Err, 'fraid not. See below for postal address. Date : 16/08/97 Description : Middling to large co-op/single base with mines and a temple. Additional Credits to : Playtesters: Umm...none, actually - just me. Ben Morris for WorldCraft id Software - you know why... ============================================================================= **PLOT LINE** Your eyes cloud with sweat as you stand in the chamber, waiting for the fateful signal for departure...oh, sod it; this is the last 'plot' I write for a level. Right - there's Quake-worshippers who have taken over a mining colony, and you are a member(s) of an elite unit sent to wipe 'em out. Possibly. Infiltrate the security complex on the surface, make your way through the mines and attack their fortress-temple-thing. OK? Oh yeah, and watch out for...[scary music]...TRAPS! ============================================================================= Information ----------- Single Player : Well, yeah - but you'd better be good...or a cheat. Cooperative : Yep Deathmatch : No, but please don't hit me...probably in later version. New Textures : Yes, two I think. CD Track : 3 - play with the Prodigy's Fat of the Land Difficulty Levels : Not implemented Base : New level from scratch Editor(s) used : WorldCraft 1.1a Known Bugs : None - they are called features :) Build Time : Difficult question - I started it back in January time, when I was just tinkering with editors, and then mothballed it; I dug it out and finished it in approx. 3 weeks. Compile machine : P133 w/ 16Mb Ram QBSP time : 506 sec Light time : 342 sec VIS time : 2106 sec Brushes : 1887 Entities : 464 Other Info ---------- This level is intended for co-op play - I reckon the balance is about right for 4 players, but there are eight(?) co-op starts. Go in with the full eight, and you'll breeze through it, have too few, you'll have problems. I can do it in single player...but then, I designed it, so that's hardly surprising, is it? My graphical sig is in there too - can you find it? You can contact me by post at: Tom Cleghorn 18, Ivel Gardens Biggleswade Beds.
