Allow  you  to  convert .M8  Heretic II
MipMap  files to a BMP, PCX, TGA or WAL
file. But also convert BMP, PCX, TGA or
WAL files to a full featured .M8 MipMap
file.  There is also many features very
usefull ( like automatic  M8 Palette to
Quake 2  palette while convert )  and a
new option to see M8 files displayed on
screen (320x200 256 colors).
