I made this demo after finding Nolan Pflug's page last weekend. I found a
demo of 'Plok', who finished The Wizards Manse in 40 seconds. Very very very
impressive. It was inspiring to say the least!

I rechecked his page for maps nobody had done yet, then I searched quake for
fast routes. E2M2 (The Ogre Citadel) seemed a good choice. I ran through it
about 24 times before I got it right. I messed up the grenade jump about 21
times, and even got killed once. My three other times were 1:18, 1:05, and
another 1:03 but with less kills.

Regrets:
        I had to wait for the grenade to go off so I could reach the platform.
        The damned demon didn't die, and i got hung up. I was slow to hit the
        switch (near the gold key) and lost time. Was a little slow with the
        jump onto the staircase after fighting the demon. If i was to go
        through this all over again i could probably cut a few ticks off the
        clock, but i've seen enough of E2M2 to last me a while!

I'm not even going to pretend to be as good as Nolan, I just found a quick
route and tried hard. If you manage to, or already have, beat this time
please let me know.
