asprintf for OpenVMS

    This directory contains the source for an asprintf implementation for
OpenVMS.  It is tightly coupled to the *printf engine contained in the
HP C Run-Time Library, producing the same formatted output as generated by
printf, snprintf, etc.

    It works with all versions of DEC/Compaq/HP C Run-Time Library as well
as all versions of VAX C Run-Time Library released after June, 1986.
