This  PL/I compiler is for the VAX OpenVMS version 5.5 and higher.  To install
the compiler you will either need a license issued by Kednos or an OPENVMS-HOBBYIST
license.

					You shouldn't need this if you transferred
					the zipped files in binary mode.
