Ref: CFS.14273 - Refiling mail with attached drawers. When moving messages from a MailWorks Local cabinets to an ALL-IN-1 IOS file cabinet, under certain circumstances the messages can lose all header information and appear in TeamLinks as a document instead of a mail message. Attachments remain, but can only be accessed by expanding from Information Manager. Modules Updated: CFCIOS.DLL 2.) Ref: CFS.16821 - DX Viewer & umlauts problem. The DX Viewer displays 2 characters (u umlaut and <) instead of u umlaut when using plain text. In case of text attributes (bold or underline) no umlaut character is displayed. Modules Updated: W4W30F.DLL, W4W30T.DLL 3.) Ref: CFS.17529 - General Protection fault (GPF) when Wordperfect V5.2 save as from Word V6. When using Word V6.0 and doing a Save As to Word Perfect V5.2 format into the TeamLinks cabinet, the document GPFs in W4W07F.DLL when viewed from the Information Manager. Modules Updated: W4W07F.DLL, W4W07T.DLL 4.) Ref: CFS.11521 - Reading New Mail causes memory leak. When reading a new mail message that was a forwarded message that contained no cover memo, memory on the MailWorks for OpenVMS server related to the forwarded message would not be released. This would cause the A1MAIL$CONNECT process to access violate, but continue running. New users can not connect and connected users would receive error for most operations. Modules Updated: CFCX400.DLL 5.) TeamLinks QAR #: 2963 - Saving documents when application is launched. Some unintegrated applications are receiving the message, 'Cannot Save the document back into the file cabinet' when doing a Save from the launched application. Modules Updated: INFOMAN.EXE 6.) TeamLinks QAR #: 4649 - Invalid Object IDs with TeamRoute documents. Users receive an Invalid Object ID error when routing TeamRoute documents. This will happen if the user closes the folder of the selected TeamRoute document prior to completing all operations on that document. Modules Updated: INFOMAN.EXE 7.) TeamLinks QAR #: 4705 - RTF Viewer loses document integrity. RTF2 format files, having been converted in the background by MAILbus Conversion Manager and the CDA converters from WPS-PLUS initially, causes the documents to lose their integrity. Modules Updated: W4W19F.DLL, W4W19T.DLL 8.) Ref: CFS.14978 - Hyphens incorrectly displayed. TeamLinks viewer incorrectly displays optional hyphens when reading a WordPerfect 5.1 document. VT client displays the same document without problems. Modules Updated: W4W07F.DLL, W4W07T.DLL 9.) Ref: CFS.17966 - Loss of GDI resource with every print. When printing jobs from TeamLinks, each job consumes 1-2 percent GDI heap space and does not return it. As a result, about 10 TeamLinks prints reduces it to a state where the PC freezes. Modules Updated: VIEW.DLL, W4W45T.DLL, W4W45F.DLL, TLVIEW.DLL TLDECCVT.DLL, TLPRFLIB.DLL, TLCDACT.DLL 10.) Ref: CFS.16724 - WPS-PLUS A4 document print sizes scaled too small. It was observed in TeamLinks V2.1 that smaller font sizes have been used in print jobs on the WPS-PLUS objects (including messages) from the viewer window. Modules Updated: VIEW.DLL, W4W45T.DLL, W4W45F.DLL, TLVIEW.DLL TLDECCVT.DLL, TLPRFLIB.DLL, TLCDACT.DLL 11.) Ref: CFS.18083 - Erroneous codes in WPS+ - WPWIN Conversion. Some IOS WPS-PLUS documents when converted to other formats, such as WordPerfect, are set to US paper instead of A4. The fix is to use the current default paper size setting as a hint when reading a .WPL document. Modules Updated: VIEW.DLL, W4W45T.DLL, W4W45F.DLL, TLVIEW.DLL TLDECCVT.DLL, TLPRFLIB.DLL, TLCDACT.DLL 12.) Ref: CFS.14016 & 18315 - Local file cabinet corruption. TeamLinks local files cabinets would sometimes become corrupt when being accessed by multiple users. Modules Updated: CFCLOCAL.DLL 13.) Ref: CFS.18084 - Garbage notification after print. Intermittently the TeamLinks Message Notification window pops up after printing from Windows, although no new mail has been received. Modules Updated: XTIDNW.DLL, XTIJSB.DLL, XTIWINS.DLL, TLNOTIFY.VBX 14.) TeamLinks QAR #: 186 - Unfriendly drawer name generated for new MailWorks drawers. QAR #: 187 - New MailWorks drawers all in same subdirectory. There was no easy way to have each new MailWorks drawer created in its own subdirectory. With this fix, if the user leaves the optional 'Path' field empty when creating a new MailWorks drawer, a new subdirectory will be created on the server for the drawer. Also, the file name used for the drawer is now derived from the 'Display Name'. NOTE: This fix also requires a new server to work: MailWorks Server for OpenVMS - V1.3 (scheduled to ship around March 1995) MailWorks Server for OSF/1 - V1.5 If an earlier version of the server is used, the behavior of the client is as above. Modules Updated: CFCX400.DLL ============================================================================= = The following problems were addressed in TeamLinks V2.1 ECO Kit #03 and = = are also included in this ECO Kit. = ============================================================================= 15.) The server portion of this case is addressed by the patch kit A1_FIX046030.A (ICF #46). Modules Updated: CFCIOS.DLL 16.) Ref: CFS.20561 - Cut and Copy not working in some cases. If a Cut or Copy is done from an application that supports more than one format, a subsequent cut or copy from TeamLinks does not always work. Modules Updated: INFOMAN.EXE 17.) Modules Updated: W4W45T.DLL 20.) Ref: CFS.21793 - DX files sent from VMSMAIL are not displayed properly in TeamLinks. Some DX files sent from VMSMAIL which go to IBM systems and return to ALL-IN-1 are not displayed properly in TeamLinks. All the characters appear in the first column. Modules Updated: W4W30F.DLL, W4W30T.DLL 21.) General Protection Fault (GPF) in CONVERT.DLL when file tag is greater than 15 characters.
