Use the /interchange qualifier to enable loop
interchanging. KAP enables loop interchange when
/interchange is specified and the /optimize
qualifier level is at least 1 or the /scalaropt
qualifier level is 3. If you specify /nointerchange ,
KAP disables loop interchange regardless of the
/optimize or /scalaropt qualifier settings.
Loop interchanging is enabled by default.
