DCE message catalog close routine

Parameters
Input
handle
The handle (returned by dce_msg_cat_open( )) to the catalog that is to be closed.
Output
status
Returns the status code from this operation. The status code is a value that indicates whether the routine completed successfully and if not, why not.
Description
The dce_msg_cat_close( ) routine closes the message catalog (which was opened with dce_msg_cat_open( )). On error, it fills in status
with an error code.
